My name is Andrew and I am from Omaha, Ne. My favorite color is GREEN which is also the color I am when it comes to real estate investing. I stumbled upon BP while in pursuit to gain more knowledge about purchasing a home. Yes, that's how green I am, not even into my first house. My fiancee and I are both first time home buyers and we will be in the market this summer to purchase our first home or potentially a property to jump start some investing (cough* my fiancee is a little reserved about the latter).

I have always been ambitious and disciplined when it comes to my finances but other than my work sponsored 401(k) I have no other real investments. The though of investing in real estate both intrigues me and is something that I would like to explore. To start, I think my long term goal would be to own one or two rental properties, nothing crazy. I have already explored some of the forums here on BP and even asked a question to which I received a very pleasant response. I am looking forward to asking more questions, learning about real estate investing, and working toward achieving my goal.   :-)
