Originally I planned to get my license primarily to just get better return on my deals, but as I was going through the process of school for the license, I really started to get more interested in also being an agent on the side so supplement my investing income.

As I read and get involved more I may naturally have more questions and comments.

I have a high-paying, full-time job that I'm not looking to replace, but rather supplement with passive income and tax breaks in the future (ie buy & hold with a management company).

Real Estate by nature is too local and will never be completely regulated by the net.

@Walter Correia...if things get hairy, call your Division of Natural Resources office...I have used them from removal of 150 gallons of 30 year old oil...they had a Statewide grant so it was free for me...the company they contracted actually reclaimed the oil as well...

Both are hot water, one is natural gas fired and one is oil fired.

I'm anti social by nature , but I'm trying to fight that and remold myself so that I can do things like wholesaling .

I think it would be an awesome option of making supplemental income and having a "job" that would allow me to take a call and be available at a moment's notice.
