@Walter Correia...if things get hairy, call your Division of Natural Resources office...I have used them from removal of 150 gallons of 30 year old oil...they had a Statewide grant so it was free for me...the company they contracted actually reclaimed the oil as well...

I think it would be an awesome option of making supplemental income and having a "job" that would allow me to take a call and be available at a moment's notice.
