-less new folks moving to town, a major driver for new tenants are the new "okies" and as with my previous point with prices down less companies are moving new workers to town.I know these are all generalizations but they do have an effect on things and I think are some of the main reasons you have.

It seems they are taking advantage of markets where there is a shortage of bread and butter rentals, or in markets where the location is a major driver of prices like major metros and cities.Despite its obvious depature from the real world, I find myself watching the show anyway.
