Following the reopening after the pandemic, there has been a huge surge in travel that led to higher than normal revenue for STRs.

Prior to the pandemic, and a continuing trend since the end of 2000's / early 2010's my market and county's home prices were decreasing.

,I had a similar situation early in the pandemic, when there was a TP shortage, tenant flushed some paper towels down the toilet-- completely backed it up.
