Would you agree however that working together in advance to establish an acceptable structure that works for the PM and the owner is preferable to one party being asked to authorize an unknown rate in advance to which they might object otherwise?

Seeing the market in reading the big brokerages reports on the main metros I invest in, everyone estimate rent growth at 0% for at least a year or two.
