I have been monitoring BP for a while now and find it to be a huge resource, especially the podcast section.

I now have a smartphone and will hopefully be able to monitor the forums from the mobile app enhancing my overall experience in Bigger Pockets.

A house sitter to monitor the work the contractors are doing?

Now before the site monitors jump all over me, let me say this:They were coming to our town, and I was a fan of his TV show, so I started researching him online and...............THAT'S HOW WE FOUND BIGGER POCKETS!!!!!

Use the MONITOR TOPIC link at the bottom of the post -- you'll get a note/email when it is updated AND you can see it on the monitored topics page.

It would include exterior monitoring with photos of anything out of the ordinary.

Regular, period monitoring is a good idea.

Hopefully, this is a small change.Over in Notification Settings, I would like to be able to select a different frequency for "a topic I monitor" vs "a forum I monitor is updated. 

Most of them tell me that they closely monitor their positions and are not afraid to move when the stocks trade outside the parameters they set.Vikram would probably be the one to ask.

You can "monitor" the link I paste at the bottom, and you'll see the new date when I post it on there, in your "monitored forums."
