Has anyone ever uses Quicken for a refinance or any other loans to fund a deal? If so, are they legit and what was your experience?

I was attracted to this lender because there are NO hard inquiries on your personal credit report and they do not list this loan on your credit unless you default and stop paying on the loan.

I've had a couple strange inquiries come through AirBNB recently.One was from a woman who wanted to rent my place for 3+ months, only paying one month at a time, and requested that I block off future months so that no one else could book my rental.Another was from a gentleman who identified himself as a traveling medical professional and wanted to book my rental outside of AirBNB, then reveals how he's cash-strapped because of a family matter, yada yada...I declined both.

Welcome Brian, James is correct that deals are tough to find, but after a while you can just look at the numbers and know if it requires further inquiry.

Matt,I don't know if you will see this since my response is several months after your inquiry, but I am an experienced investor who has recently moved to Lynchburg from South Jersey.  

Even at $1100/mo I only post for 1/2 day to receive 30 inquiries, 20 with my questions answered, 5 answered in a respectful manner with name and contact info. 

I have received many inquiries from lenders looking to finance notes receivable for my company over recent months.
