New member Introduction just starting out and educating myself

Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself and put a little of myself out there. We were a military family and just moved back to San Diego a couple of years ago; had lived here for 15 years prior. We are currently, somewhat, debt free and I am looking to start in the Real Estate investing field and maybe getting my wife or son to learn with me.  This is kind of my second career choice for me. I am just starting out and getting educated to start on the process. I am going to watch the BP's webinar today as well. I also wanted to know if there are any Meet-ups happening in the San Diego area. I am willing to learn from anyone that is just starting out and from those that have already had any experiences in the process. Looking forward on this new venture. Thanks to all and to BP. Vr/Alex
