Most importantly it let us stop our auto-piloted lives and re-boot/re-question everything we want for our future.  

The only time I took a bank account number was when I setup auto draft for rent, and they did it by filling out an ACH form.

I personally have some concerns that the auto industry will continue to decline and diversification won't happen fast enough, so it might be a bumpy ride ahead but I'm still positive about the city.

Unfortunately, Realtor.com does not have a bulk upload option or a auto alert that would work.

@Benjamin Allen I've been in your situation a few times, and by far the technique that works best for me is automatically paying yourself first...I have an auto transfer set up to send money out of my checking account every month into another account that I don't touch.

The responsiveness of the ResortLock isn't the greatest, you have to be deliberate when pressing the buttons and don't go too fast or it won't always register the keypress on the first try.But the setting and auto revoke of codes really is nice.

And during spring training, PGA Open, Barret-Jackson Auto Show, etc. you can make a killing.Luxury: There's always a market for luxury rentals here, and obviously the cash-flows can be really high if you need to store a bunch of money somewhere.
