If you’re really into how much a syndicator actually owns, request a copy of their real estate schedule owned that they have to provide to lenders to qualify for loans.

Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster.It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?

Just remember not every seller is going to get all cash offers with appraisal waivers, inspection waivers and 3 month leasebacks (even if they are requesting it - if you like the house but are unable or unwilling to do an appraisal waiver it won't hurt you to submit an offer without one, just know your offer is going to be weaker than an equivalent one that has a waiver in it.
