VANDALISM FROM A TENANT!!!
I requested a tree from the city. It was planted on my sidewalk. I have on video that my tenant yanked it from the ground and dragged it to another alley. I found the tree and took a picture, as it had a tag on it with the number. He is a retired cop, who cares I guess. Should I send him the video, confront, end the lease? He pays rent on time, I am upset but I don't know if I should say something now or when I terminate his lease in January, as I have to give him a 4 month notice.

Give the video to the police. It's got to be a violation of City ordinances to vandalize property like that. Then give him notice. You don't need that kind of tenant.
