@Aaron MoayedHi Aaron,I can only speak to my personal experience— which I Broker between Atlanta and Los Angeles for the entertainment industry.Los Angeles historically has been an appreciation play whereas Atlanta due to its significant filming and production and the migration of so many blue chip companies has been a great area for cash flow for my client, as they acquire properties at a lesser cost than in Los Angeles yet the rents can be arguably comparable.All that being said, it really depends on your financing structure for the acquisition.

As for where to look for your next purchase, you'll find very few viable options in Carolina Forest due to rental restrictions imposed by all the HOAs, with the exceptions being the golf course communities of River Oaks and World Tour.

thanks all for reading this post North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.

Hello,How can I tell whether or not the property that I'm renting have a tenant occupancy certificate, the reason being it's a lot of work that has not been completed, I have questions and sent pictures to the landlord the address in 413 Charter Oak Ave Baltimore Md. 21212 your help would greatly appreciated also the heat does not work and there's no running water in the basement literally the house need major repairs did not notice a lot of the issued until I moved in.
