Rocket/Quicken, Homepoint, UWM, if you've purchased more than 1 or 2 homes you've heard at least one of those names (I could have listed more), and all are in Metro Detroit (Rocket/Quicken employs more people than anyone but the legacy auto makers and public school system).

When something comes along I will pitch it over to them if my regulars are not interested, but for the most part I auto add 20% so that they can feel like they fought the price way down when we get it to the actual price.The people I work with on a regular basis give me good rates (not the best, but I don't pay retail).

The only time I took a bank account number was when I setup auto draft for rent, and they did it by filling out an ACH form.
