Call it a pet peeve, but I don't think any adult should still be confused with their/there, lose/loose, where/were/wear, etc.

Senior year in college, with an acceptance to a Vet School for the fall, I was diagosed with adult onset asthma and allergies with the main trigger being animal dander...kiss that career choice goodbye!

I just noticed this today when I posted an ad:Discrimination by race/origin, age, family status ('no kids' 'ideal for one'), disability, creed, sexual orientation, or income source is illegal under fair housing law.

I was able to handle it and then also had to remind them that they are grown adults who should be able to manage these things in the future.

They will feel right at home in that house.Or else youi'll get a blended undocumented immigrant family with 10 adults and 14 children.

I have a question about the approval process for multiple tenants in one unit (husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, or roommates).I'm definitely going to run a background check on each adult that lives in the unit, but what about income requirements? 

They weren't adults with brains?  

I think I know the answer but always good to check with everyone to make sure I got the bases covered.Have an applicant to a single family home - 3/2 so they have three adults.
