Craigslist and Discrimination

Does anyone know why Craigslist has added "income source" to their disclaimer?

I just noticed this today when I posted an ad:

Discrimination by race/origin, age, family status ('no kids' 'ideal for one'), disability, creed, sexual orientation, or income source is illegal under fair housing law. Describe premises, not people.

The link does not mention income source.

Most of us don't want drug dealers, eh?
