There's good starter guides on getting into wholesale as well.

@Assaf Kehati I would go through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide here on BP for starters to aquire an overview.Another source which helped me a lot was the book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, as it teached you how to determiner what your buying criteria and terms can be. 

These are both at the starter home level though so I guess that spread could change in different market ranges.

I think Turnkey's can be a great investment for starters as most of the work is done for you.

Whats the best way to generate cash flow for someone who is starting out wholesale? 

Convince me you have a viable strategy that will make this work.I have several other areas of concern with sandwich leases & L/Os, but lets see if this deal is even a real starter before getting into those.

I'm specifically interested in doing "entry level" / starter homes, because (I think) the demand for those rarely drop.

I will look at RISE for starters. 

In my area, Section 8 doesn't pay market rates so it's a non-starter.
