What do i do about section 8 approval

I recently posted an ad about a vacancy available in one of my units. I have had many people interested in the property but have all asked if It is section 8 approved. What do I need to know about section 8? Is It worth it to get It inspected? Or should i stay away?

love SEC 8, especially in a market like today where renters income can be unstable. It’s basically rent insurance for the landlord - for free. If you search BP for SEC 8 you will find hundreds of thousands of posts. The topic comes up ALOT.
