There is some fees to start like applying for your license , pay taxes, etc but it still seems worth it.

If you don't get any additional feedback, you should be able to call the City of Phoenix Planning Dept and assess the overall process, timeline, fees, and feasibility fairly easily.

You could also just charge a flat fee but be sure to have the company sign a contract like a LTR tenant.

I know about HOA fees and alot of condos/town homes only alow a certain amount of renters, but on the flip side i think my CAP EX would not be as much because im not responsible for the roof, snow removal, yard keeping. any thoughts would help, thanks.

Sometimes it is better to have them collect and send you the rent so you don't keep track of multiple people and when you impose a late fee it is on them to pass it on to whoever was late.

Then a company will have to get a business checking account rather than a "personal" checking account; business account fees are higher, and so are the minimum balances to avoid fees.
