Should I just broaden my education on real estate?

I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, and seeking self improvement.

This was my first week prospecting, and I'm terrible at closing right now, so only 3 fish are still on the hook.

I like both SFR and MFR, but prefer MFR if all other things are equal.If anyone sees an issue with what I've laid out here, or thinks I need to add something or broaden my criteria, please reply and let me know.  

A minor triviality that could broaden your audience a considerable amount if you consider it up front!

I was really trying to stay small and work more individually with a smaller firm since I still feel like a small fish in a big pond. 

Give yourself permission to go fishing on occasion (or similar) merely to strategize by yourself.
