Many seek a 'secret formula' for finding good contractors but there is no such thing.

I struggle back and forth between keeping Gary a secret or yelling from the rooftops, because good deals will get harder to find, yet as they do it means I am meeting my goal of helping make things a bit better in this community as more money flows into the housing market, commercial, businesses move in, tax revenue moves in, infastructure improves, etc etc.

I wanted to share a secret with people who are first starting investing.
