@Rohini Parab -  The UC is more of an economic driver here in Merced.  

There have been stories in the news about Uber drivers who had been screened and background checked by Uber, only to commit violent crimes. 

Then with summer options seeming more plentiful and again the demand driver cities, I can see getting about 80-90 days occupancy better (between winter long weekends maybe a couple of holiday weeks, and 4-6 summer peak weekly rentals). 

She convinced me with paperwork and a driver's license with another version of her name that it wasn't her, and I fell for it.

Today when she came over to sign the lease agreement and provide the cash she would not let me take a copy of her drivers license.

No experience with this, but if someone sold me their car and then asked if they could pay me for a ride to/from work for the next few months, I would probably say no because I imagine they'd be the worst "backseat driver" imaginable and I also suspect that their motivation to eventually get a new car and not need me anymore would be zilch.

Do you have anything showing their legal ID numbers such as a driver's license number or social security number.
