I am wondering if anyone have any idea's on how to find a tenant's when they move out owing the landlord money.  I had a tenant move but I am unable to find them due to no forwarding address.  This is in Baltimore Maryland

What are you trying to contact them for? If you are trying to give them any sort of legal notice, send it to their last known address, which would be your unit, and if it comes back returned, put it into their file as proof of delivery attempt.

If you just want their new address, send them a letter with RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED typed on the letter just above the address. This should give you the forwarding address, if they are having their mail forwarded.
