Background info:  There are communities where row homes are the norm, eg: Boston's lucrative Back Bay, lots of them in San Fran, Brooklyn NY.In the suburbs, we expect SFRs with yards, but there are those than would just as soon not go there.The issue is not the property per se, but the expectations of the local market.
