Elizabeth,When things aren't going.... go back to basics.First thing, take a look at your model and make sure your assumptions and calculations are correct.

@Elizabeth Wilson  I can't help but chuckle because I know exactly how that works.

But if you are in the city next to a theme park let's say, then you are probably going to do better with 1 master with bath, a bedroom that can accommodate a queen/king and then a few bedrooms for kids.
