Newbie from NYC!
Hi everyone!
My name's Lauren, I'm 21 and I've been following this forum for a bit now. I'm new to everything real estate but I've been looking to get into wholesaling. I live in NYC and go to school out in Long Island and was looking to start networking with people in the area and build up my career.
In the long run I would like to own a few rental properties but for now I just want to dip my feet in the water and start off small. I've been browsing this site and reading up on other peoples experiences with wholesaling and would love if anyone has any advice in how I should start. I've been looking at local listing in the paper and online for properties but everything's so overwhelming!
