Hello biggerpockets users, I'm Michael Rodriguez. I just turned 21 and I currently work at Publix distribution warehouse, and I'm looking to embark on a new journey threw investing in single family/multi family Holmes. I'm what you would call a rookie in this field. I'm very motivated to start at a young age so I can develope passive income now so later I can live life and take care of my family. I came across biggerpockets from a coworker that told me he was also trying to invest in real estate and been listening to the podcast.
