Definitely agree with 1st set your goal by understanding your why then start executing on tactical goals to make the overall objective work.

Your accountant will need to help you process through the long term tax planning ramifications of different tactics. 

You usually have the same stance that these marketing tactics are factually terrible.

There is a thing with using multiple security deposits (MSD) to make the lease cheaper but then you get the money back later.Kind of like creative finance tactics in real estate but with cars .
