The one thing they have going for you is that if you sign up they give you a website and you pick the template according to your niche and it's up in 5 minutes (keyword optimized), they are giving you a the template system for their bulk mailers that have had proven success (you just pick from a list of who you want to mail to in your area) a few clicks and it's done.
