I know @Cody Cox very well, and also moderate the "Deal Analysis and Discussion" meeting for the NWREIA that Cody used to be the president of.The most imperative words that @Ned Carey mentioned was "for another, or on behalf of another." 
Andre Smith can you market that you donate some of your earnings from a wholesale deal to a charity cause?

The campaign worked just moderately well compared to other campaigns, but I wouldn't say it was a home run or something I would hang my hat on.So if you are going to market that a portion of your proceeds are donated to charity, you will have to actually donate the proceeds, and it's a good idea to make sure you have a big to-do when you make that donation so everybody knows about it - this could be really good for you.

Hello all, has been a long time...Anyway, need some advice about a situation I had tonight in PA.About 4 months ago I agree to rent a unit to a girl who I was told, had an alcohol problem in the past, but has been clean for over a year and needed a break...Her social worker told me that she has SS income which her parents control, and they do send the rent every month..
