At BP, not only can you network with other real estate investors, you can learn from the informative forums posted daily on the site, find properties that are for sale, and take free courses.

I'd also think about my network and if the people you'd be flipping the contract to would be buyers.

I could simply to repeat the process but I believe starting out is all about networking with those contacts who has the access to those desirable notes.

Also, for the Atlanta investors out there, do you notice the real estate investors within your network investing in one strategy over the other?

In fact, Kettering is one of the best areas in town for both flips and rentals, as schools are great, taxes are reasonable, and there is a wide range of homes available at different price ranges. 

Also networking with other agents are great as I've sold a couple of my wholesale properties through other agents and also acquire wholesale deal as well. 

Dilapidated properties, train tracks, school zones, busy roads, air strips, gun clubs, flood zones, etc.My goal is always to make sure that my buyer goes into an offer with their eyes wide open and as much negative information as possible.
