It is much less costly to pay an occupant (only upon final walkthrough and approval on move-out day) to leave rather than gamble on the exit condition.

There many injustices going on here , discrimination, intimidation and the use of fraudulent documents to try to intimidate but hold no legal weight and are arbitrary.

It also seems like there are 6+ month waiting lists to get into modern, resort style apartments around here so tenants may be out of luck if they take a gamble leaving, which i think is playing in us (Landlord's favor) as of now as they don't have as much bargaining power.

It shocked me that instead of saying "I don’t know about investing and I want to learn about it" they said "Real Estate won't work since the mortgages are crazy high so profits are not possible and the Stock Market is just a gamble".

I think of these other coins as penny stocks and as I am a gambler I bought them as a gamble and if I sold today would be what.....a 2000% return not bad lol when bitcoin hit 2k this year I started watching again.
