If you bring the vendor and then are NOT happy with the quality of the work, timing or change order pricing - who are you going to hold accountable?

At some point I think I may end up doing a buy and hold there.

In general Land purchases very much depend on the end goal and end use you have in mind, then once you have that defined there will be various DD items to complete depending on that use and your intent to develop, hold, or sell it.

Code enforcement in Atlanta area is lower since the locale's realize that padsplit is providing low income housing so code enforcement follows neighbor complaints or repeated police visits.Your experience maybe smooth and easy, and I hope it is!!
