For a person expressing himself publicly that he is proud of what he is accomplishing, you shouldn't point out his errors, especially that you don't know if they are even errors to begin with.Wholesaling is NOT for people that don't have money to invest, wholesaling is creating a marketing business to generate and create the ability to find and secure discounted properties, that at that point, can either be assigned, or invested in personally.

As the expression goes, there is your side, their side, and the truth. 

It's across the board, for all, just the expression of it changes. 

Some would say that you should try and manage a RE's agent behavior (i.e. express your displeasure, and let him fix it moving forward) rather than just cutting him... and if he's been showing you the ropes, that's a courtesy that you should consider giving him.My wife says that delays from RE agents should be counted in working days, not total days.

Send all the info about the deal to your list (or at least to those on the list that have expressed interest in this specific type of deal), and see who bites.I assume that the deal is with a private seller, I assume the private seller knows you plan to try to sell it, and I assume the contract stipulates that it can be assigned.
