wind zone rating? no data plate - help!!!

i have a 1984 2br/1ba redman mobile home for sale. my buyer is in need of a wind zone II. i have searched all of the places that mfg stickers and/or data plates are normally located in mobile homes but haven't found anything. neither my title company nor the local dmv could help. i've called local dealers and still no luck. so i reached out to a couple of out of state redman manufacturers and left voicemails. just waiting for a reply. does anyone know of any other sources i can check. thanks in advance for any help with this.

There should be a HUD tag on the outside of the home. It should be on one of the ends...Here is a link to what it looks like-
