Howdy, After bouncing from one place to another for work, I am now back in Texas and am excited to further my passion in RE investing full-time.

Do not hesitate, to post questions and bounce ideas around in applicable forums.

And they rarely if ever have checking accounts.. ( too many bounced checks) or debt collectors coming after them.but they need a place to live as well or as they say .. a place to stay. this is a niche that can produce over time but its a business and a dog tough one constantly dealing with these folks if you can't scale it..

Currently SeekingI am seeking to find experienced individuals that can guide me and provide an extra set of eyes to bounce potential projects off, to ensure I'm on the right track.

None of my friends share the same interest as I do in REI, so it was great to be able to have discussions and bounce ideas off of somebody else. 

Cleveland has a good bounce back story and I like to think there is a little more room from a market growth perspective in Cleveland vs. the other large ohio cities columbus/ cincyBuying the right deal with a good story any value in any of those markets should offer good relative value vs. your home-town deals. 

I have a couple ideas/plans right now that I will bounce around in the forums.

Good and bad......complains a lot but pays on time...rent bounced $200 (had too).
