New Investor Looking to Make Friends!

Hey Austin BP,

I just met with @David Ivy the other day, and realized how refreshing it was to be able to talk about real estate with somebody else. None of my friends share the same interest as I do in REI, so it was great to be able to have discussions and bounce ideas off of somebody else.

I'm a young and ambitious new investor looking to do an owner occupied SFH or MFH in the North Austin or north of Austin. I've spent the past year going to REIA/RENC, listening to the BP podcasts, and attending the BP webinars. Looking to connect with anybody else who shares the same real estate passion that I have!
