I currently registered an LLC in Puerto Rico but decided to focus business in Florida.I registered the LLC in PR to assure the name of the LLC but I haven't done anything else, the point of mentioning this is so you dont think I know what I am doing.

@Corey Hassan Surely as a business owner she understands you too are in business and, to assure your continued success, need to acquire inventory in a cost effective manner ;-)If she did not counter, but only sent you a rant.  

I let them know that they can call/text anytime for real emergencies, I just don't guarantee I will answer, but be assured that I get the message and will evaluate it. 

Hi BP,It has been a while since I posted but rest assured I have been working hard structuring deals while keeping a close eye on the BP forums and posts. 

I have a 401k that will allow me to assure them there is a exit strategy and I will get a notarized letter and or a contract drawn up.

I can understand your feelings but I can assure you that we're not too big to pay attention to ways to save investors money.
