Business Entity and taxes resources

Hello All,

I am currently trying to start my business in Florida. I recently created an LLC in Puerto Rico but want to focus in Florida. I have heard in many RE Investors suggest to hire a good REI CPA to work on registering the entity and work on the tax approach. The fact that I do not have a lot of funds and credit cards have been used for education purposes, I would like for someone to recommend a good CPA or Firm that can help me out. I already asked around and costs are a bit high for me now but I have heard that there are several options but I don't want to be misguided. Could someone please help me or guide me?

Ariel
