LEGAL HELP WITH A BUILDER!
Father in law is building a house from about 3 hours away and the builder consistently is dragging his feet completing the project because he has a lot of other things going on(what's new). I personally don't trust him and want to make sure he's paying his subs and the title is clean etc..how do I go about doing this? Should I contact a lawyer? They are supposed to close in a week and a half. What other things should I check on?
Thanks in advance
