  $500+ each year for dues is a lot, especially when you're a new agent who is trying to figure out how to pay desk fees, business cards, continuing ed and soul-crushing marketing costs.One piece of particularly irritating bullcrap in the media reporting though (big surprise, right?).

Now, apparently after some improvements, the building with the parking garage has been deemed structurally sound and safe to occupy (based on an engineering report and formal subsequent notice from the HOA). 

In some areas, the city would require professional reports on geology, water run off, traffic and street improvements. 

Our internal team is there to help you review rehab bids, inspection reports, analyze different exit strategies based on your updated numbers throughout the project, and help you work with different lenders and insurance agents that we refer you to.

If we propose a date at least a couple weeks in advance I would likely be able to block off the time before any lessons get scheduled.  

Your lender should have been smart enough to see this coming and warn you and the seller in advance to both remove any tenant and remove the stove.
