I invest and work in the Chicago western suburbs, so I am not surprised to see how hard Chicago was hit.

I too, as everyone else stated, am very interested and desiring a meetup in the western burbs.

@Bradley Shive NASB and First Western seem to be the most widely used, so I started with them.

But there are some really interesting up and coming neighborhoods on the west side/ western suburbs that would be perfect for flips and rentals!

We are very active in commercial brokerage in Western WA and I would be happy to take some time to hop on the phone to discuss your requirement and what we might have that fits. 

On the other hand if you’ve made it all the way to Ferndale then I’d expand my search to southwest Oakland county South East  Macomb County and Western/ Southern Wayne county. 

However, you would want to be notified if a major emergency occurred.If Austria is anything like some of the Western European countries I'm familiar with, the landlord is responsible for far less than in the United States. 

My husband and I have two rentals- my former residence, a condo in the city of Chicago, and his, a SFH in a B/B- western suburb.

Hello, I have been in western Kansas most of my life but recently moved to Wichita.  

Maybe I have to look into NH or western mass near Northampton which is a big college town.
