It boggles my mind when I see brand-new investors talking about setting up an LLC for each property, bank accounts for each LLC, hiring a CPA, developing a business logo, setting up a web site, etc.People set up an LLC to protect themselves.

The NC Agriculture web site(s) have a lot of information about it.

Marketing wise, is direct mail still viable in 2018, or is web based marketing targeting seller owned properties a better bet?

Also how to find a good web designer?

My leads now come from the web (organic ranking) but I can see I'm being squeezed out of the front page with google giving up more space to paid ads (adwords).

They are listed as "ready to pay" in the web interface at Cozy's website.The 13th falls on a Sunday this month.

I know a lot of the information was solid(although readily available through sites like this) but I noticed they had a web application at repropfinder.com.

Someone know web site, journal and other... about market, rent of Miami, or about real estate in general !
