The chemicals mix with the water in the Ocean to make Potassium Chloride or something similar(can't remember the scientist jargon they were saying).Anyway when the compounds hit the Ocean they cancel each other out and dispurse.Right now the levels are not ultra dangerous but they have abandoned one reactor because of the levels there. The radiation does pose a risk to the immediate area and surrounding areas depending on which way the wind blows and velocity. What helps is with Cherynoble containment was weak.Today buildings are built stronger making leaks and explosions not travel high into the air.It was the high air travel before that caused wide spread contamination by the winds. The design of todays buildings helps containment.Still dangerous but not approaching Cherynoble proportions.I will pray for them.

This is where ultra-successful investors create legacy wealth.Of course the best of both worlds is where you want to be, and it's relatively SIMPLE, though it's NOT necessarily easy.

IMO.Speaking of the "R" word and ultra right wing conservatives, many may be happy to know that Roy Blount received over 75% of the primary Republican vote for the runoff in the area.

Obama's only intent is to transfer money from the middle class to the ultra rich and the poor in the name of "social justice" and "economic justice", which are buzzwords for socialism.Obama is hell-bent on achieving a New World Order with global governance and the following video (old) is PROOF POSITIVE of the intentions of the left:http://www.eagleforum.org/topics/global/global.htmlBe sure to watch all the way to the end, when Hillary congratulates Cronkite for his work toward global governance!

Well due to the appraisal (bank being ultra conservative) I was going to walk away from the deal for the fact that I would have to come to the closing table with too much money which would shoot my ROI all to hell.I told the sellers agent that the only way I can move forward with this deal is if they are willing to owner finance it.

BTW, I have been doing some research regarding this issue and I'm looking to maybe replace some hardware with stuff like:Replace toilet internalsExample: Fluidmaster® Complete Toilet Tank Repair KitReplace shower head to a low-flow shower headExample: ACE Hardware Whedon® Deluxe Ultra Saver Shower With Push Button (USB4C)Example: http://www.usalandlord.com/ul15gpm.htmlReplace all kitchen and bathroom facets with a low-flow aeratorExample: http://www.usalandlord.com/5gpmfaae2.htmlI know that you can go crazy by spending more money and install stuff like tank-less water heaters and dual-mode flush toilets, but that starts to get expensive.

And these are the real people I need to network with.In each of these models, there is a common deniminator - the investor must buy as low as possible by recognizing a window of opportunity and taking a deeply-discounted, short-term position on a ultra-distressed situation - in order to re-sell at enough of a spread or profit to make sense, but still at a deep enough discount for the deal to make sense to the end buyer which is usually, but not always, another investor - and one that's willing to hold, do the rehab, get tenants, etc.
