I would talk to commercial lenders in the Raleigh/Cary/Triangle area or the area you are looking. 

Unrecognizable by myself, in myself, were two aggregated points of that triangle, knowledge and hustle.

In general, read, listen to podcasts, research potential target markets, and practice analyzing deals.I also recommend joining the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association, I've included the link below.

MF is very competitive right now and it may take 12 months+ to find a deal.Make sure to have your capital, lenders and UW skills ready to go so when you get a deal you can respond promptly about how it fits your criteria or not.A lot of properties around the Triangle are trading at pretty crazy figures so just be prepared to be aggressive in your UW if you want to be competitive. 

I have yet to secure my first investment, but am determined to jump in and buy several deals in 2021.I'm looking to partner with folks who have knowledge of the Triad / Triangle area and who are like-minded in the pursuit of freedom.

I just accepted a job in medical device sales last September of 2020 and recently relocated here to the Triangle.

My firm works with a lot of investors and I’m investor myself owning 22 rental properties in the triangle.

I am looking to get my ducks in a row to invest/house hack in the Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill), NC area as most of my family live there and I visit there frequently.
