North Carolina Research Triangle Investment Properties

Winny Wen
Posted

Hi Everyone,

I’m interested in purchasing an investment property in NC research triangle area. I’m looking to buy and hold a single family house or a townhome and my budget would be around 400K. Looking into an area where it can be relatively easy to rent out and cash flow positive. Appreciate if you can give me some recommendations on the areas! Thank you!

@Winny Wen in the Raleigh-Durham market, you'd be lucky to get a .5% on a 400k house. But if you have 400k, you could make a ton of money investing in NC at a lower price point. Or a STR on the NC coast or mountains would be great for $400k.
