My name is Mariana and I come from a small business owner background. I owned and operated a masonry restoration company that specialized in historic building rehabs and repairs for 20 years. I've recently sold off my assets and joined a larger firm in the NoVa area. However, I've recently been investigating REI as a way to scratch my entrepreneurial itch and to take ownership of 'my time' with the goal of financial independence in the forthcoming decade. I have yet to secure my first investment, but am determined to jump in and buy several deals in 2021.

I'm looking to partner with folks who have knowledge of the Triad / Triangle area and who are like-minded in the pursuit of freedom. In addition to bringing to the table my years of experience as a restoration construction expert, I have a sizeable amount of liquidity.
