Since then I have been working as a therapist in mental health and looking to get back into building and renovating.

The book has energized me to take my P&L more seriously.

I am a physical therapist and work at a local hospital here in town.

As to using it as a mother-daughter, I tried renting to someone with a home based business, looked at folks living with their parents, therapists needing a home office to see patients etc.

Although it’s not the responsibility of a real estate broker to be adviser, therapist and planner to clients, often the relationships developed between professional and client becomes  personal.

I found his perspective healthy and energizing.  

There are junior colleges that you could pay for in cash, and immediately be making money at the age of 20 for $50,000-$100,000 (air traffic controller, radiation therapist, dental hygienist, etc.)

This year I had a tenant move in, acquire a cat shortly after move-in, then get a service animal letter from their therapist after I sent them a violation notice to remove the cat.

I was a physical therapist but lost the love in doing it because of my new love for real estate.
