I feel like I am in heaven now

If you come across an apartment with wifi/utilities included, you might have died and gone to heaven.

The heavens have opened up and threw me a deal.As Brandon and Josh would say, if the people around don't know what you are doing  (REI) then your not working hard enough (come ro think of it, it might've been them).So, after about a year of promoting my business, recently, I was approached by a long time, trusted family contact (married retired couple) who are fed up with waiting for the market to correct upward and want out. 

Like, say I rent it to a single lady, I don't really want the elderly neighbor calling me to breathlessly report that *one* man visited on Tuesday night but, heavens above, a *different* man visited on Thursday night!

All this  weird freaky coincidental heavenly fate shenanigans is not good for my 41 year ol heart!

I think the main thing is i do not have a known partner exist in the states now, hope to find some good partners in BP if possible so i won't get into trouble, foresee that is one of the safest and consider risky in another way (heaven or hell haha)... lets keep in touch, might be we can come across on some deal.

Any words of heavenly wisdom?

Go out, buy a few SFR rentals, but heaven forbid you should estimate NOI, your doing it backwards!
