I am in the process of taking my last foundational course next semester for my program, and will take out a federal student loan to cover the cost of a year of study in Boston, which I hope to pay off soon after graduation.       

I’m taking the semester off of school to really figure out which is the best route for me.

I am interning in development next semester but have been suggested by mentors to learn the financing side of CRE.

Take one semester and try a few different classes in different areas, it might save you a ton of time in the end.

My wife and I personally renovated (with some contractor help) the 3500 sqft building, gutting kitchens, baths, adding bedrooms, bathrooms, painting, flooring.We did all this while:- Working 40-50 hours at our day job- Going to school full time at a business college with 15 credit hours a semester- Having a healthy marriage- Volunteering with our churchIf we can do it, anyone can!

The school they go to is like $45k/semester tuition so their parents are helping)

As well what I currently need now is someone who I could shadow I’m trying to start networking more now that school is out for the semester!

I was offered a job teaching at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff for just one semester. 

Now occasionally a 6 month lease was used in cases where a student only had one more semester to complete.
