Hey everyone! My name is Josh Edwards I’m from Long Island, NY. I’m currently going to college for Business Management and I’m looking to pursue a career in Real Estate Investment entrepreneurship. I have my real estate license and I currently work a part time job at a grocery store. I am probably going to have to get a job after college so I am still deciding on what that will be until I can afford to fix and flip, and buy and hold single family, then eventually multi-family and retail properties.

Is there any advice you guys could give on building a team around me to prepare myself for buying my first deal? Any other general advice you could give? I've been listening to the podcast for the past couple of weeks now and I'm going to join my local REIA after my semester ends.

Thanks!
